The myth tells that at King Minos's request, Daedalus built a labyrinth so winding and so tangled that no one caught inside it ever found the way out. From then until now, visitors to exhibitions and users of digital interfaces have been looking for their way. What will they see along the way? Will they come out safely? My aim is to hand them a golden thread, so they can make the journey with pleasure and in safety.
A transitional object (or comfort object) sits in the twilight between the real and the imagined. Carrying it lets you move safely between states, like a journey somewhere unknown. The object is usually soft — a blanket, a teddy bear, a pacifier.
